What kind of file should I upload?

PNG or JPG works. A PNG with a transparent background will give you the cleanest preview and usually the best stitch result.

Can you create a logo for me?

Yes. Logo creation from scratch is a flat $50 for a clean, stitch-friendly design you can use on social media and merch.

What is the normal turnaround time?

Most hat orders are completed in about 10–14 days once your logo is approved and payment is received. Rush options may be available depending on the schedule.

Do you ship outside New York?

Yes. Hats can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is free on 12+ hats, otherwise there is a standard shipping charge around $8 depending on the order.

Can I get other hat brands?

Absolutely. Richardson 112 and Decky 6023 are the main options on this preview, but Yupoong, FlexFit and other brands are available by request.

Do I pay before or after?

For custom work, payment is due before production. Once we confirm your hat brand, quantity and logo, we’ll send you the total and lock in your spot.
