How do I send my logo/design?
After checkout, we’ll contact you to collect artwork (PNG/JPG/PDF). PNG with transparent background is best.
I don’t see “Notes to Seller” in checkout — what do I do?
No problem. Complete checkout, then reply to your order confirmation email (or DM @qingembroidery with your order #) and send your logo + details.
Turnaround time?
Most orders are completed in about 10–14 days once details are confirmed. Rush may be available.
Do you ship outside New York?
Yes — we ship anywhere in the U.S. Free shipping is available on select bulk hat orders.
Do you do hoodies and uniforms?
Yes. Hoodies, crewnecks, long sleeves, and company runs are available (vinyl or embroidery).
